Community Empowerment Specialist
Francesca joined Healthy Alliance because she’s been navigating and researching services since childhood and believes that no one should have to be an “expert” just to get the help they need. Francesca has had a progressive career in content management, community engagement, and strategic planning for information & referral (I&R) programs in New York State, including 211/LIFE LINE at Goodwill of the Finger Lakes and Health Information Tool for Empowerment (HITE) at the Greater New York Hospital Association. She has supported DSRIP and many other community health efforts using resource data and building regional connections across the care spectrum. Francesca is passionate about improving access to available community services, particularly through innovative data-sharing and knowledge management combined with grassroots engagement. Francesca is originally from Brooklyn, NY and has a BA in creative writing from SUNY Purchase. She lives with her family in Rochester, NY.
