Sheila Sawicki

Senior Director, Data Business Intelligence and Solutions

Sheila joined Healthy Alliance because she believes that the health care delivery system can be complex to navigate, especially for those whose health status is negatively impacted by their behavioral, social, and economic circumstances. She also believes that collecting and leveraging demographic and social determinants of health data is key to addressing all factors that influence an individual’s health. Sheila is excited to use her health care data knowledge to influence the transformation of how community-based organizations, health plans, and providers share and utilize new data sources. She has a BS in Information Systems/Accounting and an MS in Health Care Informatics. Before joining Healthy Alliance, Sheila has led health care analytics teams at Capital District Physician’s Health Plan, Elevance Health (formerly Anthem), and Kaiser Permanente for the past 25 years. In her spare time, Sheila loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys several artistic pursuits, including painting and pottery.
